Brandy and Philip Louder are health care professionals that have a combined 30 years of experience.  Brandy has been a LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) for 13 years, and Philip has been a PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant) for 17 years.  They love their occupations and take pride in being able to make a difference in others lives.  Their compassion and love of patient care is the motivation behind opening Gentle Hands Personal Care Home.
